Are you fluent in Brazilian/ Portuguese and English?

Our Client, a global contact-centre with offices situated in Cape Town, has exciting positions for Brazilian/ Portuguese-speaking Airline Representatives.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Providing customer support for incoming queries from customers in Portuguese and English
• Communicating with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services
• Resolving customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem; and clarifying and explaining the best possible solution to solve the problem

Minimum Requirements:
• Fluent in Brazilian/ Portuguese and English (verbal and written skills)
• The ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts and rotational weekends (Operating hours: Monday - Friday between 08h00 - 00h00; Saturday and Sundays between 09h00 - 19h30)
