I am currently qualified and registered as an Independent Practice Psychometrist and I am able to administer, score and interpret a wide range of psychometric assessments, from cognitive to personality inventories. I have extensive experience in the field of human resource management in the IT, recruitment, manufacturing and motor industries. Specifically, I am accomplished in successful soft skills training, recruitment of top talent for clients, job analysis and design, performance management, competency assessment, career planning and development and payroll administration. In addition, I have worked on a number of research projects, both qualitative and quantitative. I am familiar with numerous statistical data analysis techniques, including principal component analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, Rasch analysis, Cronbach’s alpha and McDonald’s omega coefficients. I am also proficient in thematic analysis of qualitative data.
