As a Brand Experiential Consultant and Organisational Cultural Consultant, I understand the point where creative strategy, business strategy and people live together in harmony. I have gained this understanding of business, operations and organisational culture through working on brand projects from conceptualisation, the creative, all the way through to the execution - the operations, business flow, financial management and organisational culture. This has positioned me to understand the complexity of the business landscape and how it is all stitched together across multiple departments, teams and products. With multiple years of brand and marketing experience, I am able to formulate brand and marketing strategies that position a brand to achieve shareholder objectives. I take the lead on all content creation as well as provide the art direction. As a brand strategist, I have the ability to write clear creative briefs for designers, developers, photographers and videographers and will always be hands-on to provide visual and art direction to them. I have a deep understanding of trends and how to interpret them in the context of a brand's objectives. The conceptualisation, creation and executing of brand-aligned marketing campaigns has always been a big part of the scope of work that I do for brands and includes digital and physical marketing campaigns and experiences.
