With 12 years experience working with companies large and small across multiple sectors within the Southern African context; from the Platinum mines during and after Marikana, to the Eskom Medupi and Kusile Power Projects, to world class operations like Mercedez Benz. I can facilitate, develop, translate, communicate and implement business strategies for small or large organisations, particularly where there are complex stakeholder or labour relationship contexts (think volatile workforces, unionised environments, multiple community, government or supplier stakeholders). I have extensive experience as a facilitator, particularly in the labour relations context.
