Over the past 14 years I have worked in various Administration roles (the last 8 on an Executive Level) I have worked on a variety of systems and programs, usually working on 5-6 on a daily basis and in cohesion with each other. These range from travel systems through to social media systems, amongst others. I am very "tech-savvy" as the programs I use are constantly being updated and new things are added. I have also had to create systems of my own in order for a company to run more smoothly and implemented relevant systems. I have had various HR / Payroll positions in the past where I would keep track of, create and update systems with regards to Time Sheets, Employee leave (annual, sick etc), salary slips and salary payments. I have also been in charge of evaluating employee's performance and sent them for necessary training where required.
