I am a professional with certification in project management from UCT (GetSmarter) and business analysis from Faculty Training Institute. I have completed a national diploma in Mathematics and Statistics and a BTech qualification in Quality Management. I have financial services industry experience where I have engaged with various stakeholders and assisted in analyzing business processes to identify clear opportunities for improvement. I have extensive experience in project administration where I also played a role as a project manager. Over the years I was involved in projects namely; AML and FATCA, HR learning reporting tool, disciplined execution, financial reporting programme and group finance Hyperion Financial management redesign project. I also currently assist the BI BA team on the FRP Reports Automisation initiative on MDS as a Junior BI BA. I have experience working in different teams and environments. My core strengths include problem analysis, process analysis, process and systems improvement and the ability to get the message communicated by presenting materials across all levels of an organisation. In summary I have a good set of communication and facilitation skills that helped me maintain good relationships with stakeholders and team members.
