I was working for 3D marketing as a merchandiser until they decide to liquidate the company. they didn't even give us as their employee the notice that they want to apply for liquidation as the company is bankrupt. They decided to tell us on the 20/03/2015 that the company is been liquidated while we are at work while I wasted my money on transport, working for nothing for the whole month, and after that they told us that we must meet at the office on Monday the 23/03/2015 so they wil address us about the problem of the company they didn't tell us anything when we get at the office they told the security not to open the gate for us and then we forces to get in because they cannot do that to us as if they do not know us . When we ask for th UI 19 form & provident fund letter to claim they don't want to give us like now we can't get our Uif money because when we go to labour they are telling us that we appear in two different reference number the other one is for Shallvest that we started company with the other one is the one that they registered in 07/2013. Which means if you have more yrs with 3D marketing u wil get only 2 yrs UIF money while u contributed for 15 yrs and for provident fund when we go to momentum they telling us that they heard rumors but 3D marketing didn't send them the letter for the reason why they should release the money. The owners for 3D are so cruel I never though that it could be like that I was hurt even now I am still hurting.
