Anglogold Ashanti is a good company with excellent COP. I worked for them for years. The only problem is that the company seem not to care much about employees leaving the company. Especially good performing supervisors and managers who were trained by them and some were sent to university and had a lot of money spent on them.
Best companies to work for in the Mining & metals sector.
