"kissing your boss's ass"

I work for Audi and has learned that kissing your boss' ass gets you every where. A guy that works with me has stolen from the company and has cheated the company out of money and challenged people in the company to take him on for saying that he is the boss' favourite. Some of us has taken it up with the boss. He still works there and is next in line for a promotion that goes to show that as long as you are kissing the boss' ass, you are above the law because even though you are a criminal that belongs in jail, you still won't get fired.
