I am working for Grinaker and unfortunately I got retrenched, but all I can say is, I have never seen such efficiency and dedication. Grinaker is always on time and they can deliver. They pay is good and overtime as well.I have never a had a dedicated team like them and a flexible one. I have never experienced prejudice during my time there. In future I would love to work for Grinaker again.

I once was a general worker for GRINAKER from 2009 to 2010. I was inspired by this company. Even now I wish to work for them again. They gave opportunity to learn different things and they pay good. This is the company that respect their workers and they know the importance of people's safety. Working overtime, you will never be disappointed because they always pay all your overtime .I wish I could get that opportunity to work for GRINAKER LTA again.

AVENG is one of the largest steel fabricators in South Africa and has had a good track record so far. The job keeps you on your toes and you have to be always prepared for the unexpected. The management always go out of their way to support your projects and help you reach your deadline target. The hardest part is to make sure everyone stays alert and don’t take shortcuts to complete the work in time. Another negative is, the delays if other companies are not done with their work.

Hi, I am currently unemployed and cannot write a review as I am not an employee of the company. However, my wife works for Aveng Grinaker - LTA, this is her second contract with them, she loves her job. The team is great the perks has dropped since Aveng merged with Grinaker. She now earns less than half than what she earned with them in the year 2007. Grinaker has lost out on alot since the merge. Anonymous
