Generally, Barlwoorld is an excellent company to work for. The benefits are really very good and they usually do not stump staff growth. However, it is a downfall that there seems to be much neglect from management's side. Management all seem to think that they own the company and this drives away excellent staff as victimisation tends to set in. Apart from this, excellent company!

Barlwoorld is generally a good company to work for. However, management is immature and hold personal vendettas. The benefits are excellent, and the staff training is cut above the rest. Staff resign due to in-house management politics.
