I agree with all posts from Expeditor. Having been previously employed at Bell Equipment, I realised within the first month that it was not a company that I wanted to work for and resigned after being there just after 2 months. The company is autocratic, racist and discriminatory. The company, managers and HR has no regard for the Basic conditions of employment act. Low Employee Morale, Slash and Burn Benefits and Pay and Cost cutting at the expense of the employees. If you're thinking about applying for a job there (and have hopes to find a place where you will be happy), don't. The turnover rate is incredibly high and the nature of the work is harsh and brutal. There is little to no training and almost half of the employees are disgruntled that they have no shot at ever improving their lot or circumstances.

There is no respect for staff, executive management openly walk through the working environment making statements that staff members are idiots and this includes the use of foul language to reiterate the derogatory statements of staff members. There is a tremendous amount of nepotism. Employees are promoted based on what position Mom or Dad has or who is 'in' with the "Boss" rather than on merit. The HR department is only there for constructive dismissal purposes. I would advise any prospective employee to think very carefully before accepting a position with Bell Equipment.
Best companies to work for in the Machinery sector.
