A positive feeling of anticipation comes my way when I think of going to work at Bestmed. The working environment is awesome, because you are constantly learning new things. I work in a phenomenal team, where we all work get along very well…and that’s what makes my work so enjoyable.

I am pleased to say that my workplace at Bestmed Medical Scheme became my second home, where I regard the rest of the staff members as my second family. I usually work an 8am – 4pm shift with a standard 15 minute tea break and a 30 minute lunch break. Those in managerial positions are very considerate towards the rest of the staff and what I like about the CEO is that he has great communication skills. The most challenging part about my work is to restrain a fuming consultant. All in all, I enjoy coming to work every day.

I love working for Bestmed as I believe in the product we sell to our clients. However, i do think our IT platform need to be enhanced in order to be on par with the latest technology. Bestmed offer its employees in-house training, pay for approved part-time studies as well. When i joined Bestmed , the Bestmed family was small and very cosy. That has changed since as the number of employees increased substantially because of the outstanding business growth that's been taking place. There are a number of things that i think Bestmed could still work on to improve the working environment.
