"Not just your average customer care"

I'm a former employee of BlingStallation. Many people thought that I was in a typical call-centre agent position for customer service. The difference between BlingStallation and a normal customer care centre is that we had to know how to deal with customers, as well as the basics of information technology. We had to be computer literate to gain entry into the field.
