I will have to agree with the other review, management skills is beyond poor. A factor that I hated is that you have to lie to the clients if they call Bruma finance and it gets tought to you who is a boodle consultant. They will ask you: "is boodle and bruma owned by they same people?" "no, Bruma is our financial provider." Oh, the lies! management has no respect for staff. They easily resort to swearing at subordinates. Time keeping is so important to them when it is their time, but when it is time to go home they force staff to work overtime with no pay and when you on tea break or lunch... don't dare go in that call center. If there is a call, you will be forced to log in and take that call, lunch or not - and if you sit over your lunch time stuck on calls, that's your baby. You simply won't have lunch for that day. As for Bruma, if there is a lot of quotes, you don't get to take lunch or a tea break. Now tell me is that in accordance with the labour law? When it finally reaches end of business, staff is too afraid to log off. They first have to ask their team leaders if they may, then the team leader or supervisor will first go check if there are no queries and if non they will advise: it's fine. If there is, you will work from an hour to an hour and a half over time with no pay as according to them, no one approved over time. Yet, you are advised to stay and complete work by your superiors.The team leaders are just as afraid of management as the subordinates. They are constantly threatening staff. The collections department is worse, the consultants that don't reach target are called out as in school and has to stand and work for an hour... this is now to 'motivate' you. This place has a high rate of labour turnover as the employees find no job satisfaction and most resign before being made permanent. Yes, it is a job, but not worth it cause the salary is so low, you can't say you will stick it out for the money. Management is all white - no BEE there.

Boodle, pcs Group,.. all the same company. Management is poor and insult people. Call center staff not even allowed to have a sealed bottle of water at their desks. they can't get up to have a drink of water if it is not their tea or lunch break. Agents gets forced to work extra time without extra pay. Salaries are very low for the work needs to be done by each agent. Management treat people with disresepct.
