I never seen such bad management. They play with peoples lives and don't take in account their families. It would be better if they pulled out of South Africa. Revengeful management does not work but to know that you need to have studied. You can fire everyone but keep in mind that your quality becomes high risk for the end user.

Bosal C.A. (Zimbabwe) is a company that needs management to stand by the employee in times of uncertainty. Examine a persons strengths and weaknesses and make judgement accordingly.
