Boston City Campus and Business College is a national business college with campuses in all nine provinces. They have more than 40 campuses in South Africa. They were founded in 1991 by Ari Katz, but it was only in 1997 that Boston City Campus opened a new department, called the Boston Business College. Presently the university has over 25,000 students and offers more than 80 courses ranging from accounting, Information Technology and Computing, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Business management and Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations and Media, Travel and Tourism, and Sports Administration. In conjunction with the University of South Africa they are also able to offer various UNISA degrees. Their main mantra is “Education is Life” and they believe that by taking a more personalised and holistic approach to education as well as placing emphasis on the “real world experience,” they make it easier for grandaunts after college.

"worked for the company for five years"

Boston is a very nice company to work for, especially when it comes to meeting new people, but they lack growth on their employees, you get stuck in one place, and regardless of how much you show hard work and dedication it will never be recognised. I would advise people not to work for this company if you want to have a successful career.

"Mushroom Management"

The Boston Group (Jo'burg and Sandton Campuses) manage their staff (and students) by simply feeding them a few handfuls of compost and keeping them in the dark. Nothing to be gained by working for these people.
