People in management is breaking this company. I have started in 2009 as a Branch Manager until 2012. in that time my branch name had changed 3 times - which caused that I loose clients and my commission change also 4 times. I enjoyed working there because it is a family business. but things changed a lot the last 2 years. I was asked to come back as a Sales Assistant to help lift my old branch up, because the manager is not doing his part. Branches closing, no investors anymore, unhappy staff. I believe this came all from being getting greedy but you are not allowed to anything. I am looking for a another job...if you cut my commision again...i am working my bud off for peanuts
