I worked for this company for almost 2 years. In this time, I was promised a salary review, in writing, 3 times. This did not happen once. I went above and beyond my job description and working long hours only to receive complaints for my extra work, which was not in my job description. Not even a simple "thank you" was ever received. During a staff meeting, the director told us that we would all need to work extra hours. We were already working overtime without being compensated. The directors words were "take me to the CCMA if you want. I don't care." I eventually left when I did salary research and realised that I was being paid an enormous amount less than what I should have been. Avoid this company!
