To be honest with you all, the section where I was working they were friendly to me, well most of them. They were showing us how to do the work. I was enjoying my internship especially at personnel officer where we were using persal, until someone came and told the employees that they are not allowed to use persal on their own, therefore they must just sit and watch. Then I asked that person how are we going to learn by watching? That same person said to us, interns are not allowed to use persal. This issue did not go well with us, because others were on our side, but there was nothing they could do because that person has higher ranked. Nepotism is another problem. Some were not treating us equally. I experienced this when internal posts were advertised. They were making sure that they rotate us so that we could learn as quickly as possible. Not all of them were serious about the work, but we were doing our work very good. The good part is, I found my self working in the section of the minister. They came and asked for help. My boss recommended me with another guy. We didn't experience any problem that side. After the intern programme on may 2013, we are still looking for jobs and hopefully we'll hear from them one day .Most of them don't arrive in time.
Best companies to work for in the Telecommunications sector.
