At Civcon, we're like a family. We work very well together and we make sure that each project gets concluded to the best of our ability. The downside of working at Civcon is that your work literally depends on the weather and also on the number of projects that the team can score.

I was glad to be involved with the production teams for Civcon in the following projects. I gained a lot of experience during that time on the projects and will recommend the company at any time • The rapid load out feed bin and coal wash plant for Total Coal SA. Dorstfontein site (Zero LTI). Protech Khuthele/Civcon • The construction of a 4 Cell Condensed Cooling Tower and Bulk Air Cooler at Impala 17# (Zero LTI). You have to work long hours except when it rains there is no work. The management is good because they treat everyone the same.
