Good place. But TM'z do not treat workers fairly, in the department I work, we all do the same job but get paid different salaries, some workers get paid 4750 who do not how 2 do their job. I am a good worker, know the knowledge about the companie, provides good customer experience and get less. Its not fair. I was told in due time. They treat us like school children, we know our job n work well but the people who do not know anything, is treated like queens n kingz. Wish I could find another job. Dey makes our lives miserable @ times. I need a job , its hard 2find a job these days. Wish they could treat us equally wid regards 2salary as we doing the same work, n better than others. Thank you

It is an organisation with strong values and employee satisfaction. I have been with Clientele for 7 years now. I have had many chances to improve my skills and develop my career. The company is great for young professionals. One negative is that the work is not challenging enough for me anymore.
