"IT Operations Manager"

I worked directly under the Operations Manager as an ITDR Consultant for one year. I found the culture at Coca Cola Company South Africa to be very enabling and conducive for personal growth. There was a lot of room to exploit my expertise and hence bring value to the company while at the same time learning a great deal on the job. My experience at Coca Cola was excellent and I would work there again as well recommend the company to anyone who is keen to work in a fast paced company with a lot of room for growth.

"Honest experience with Coca cola sa "

Not a employee friendly company . Very goal orientated thus loosing focus on the importance of employee needs. Poor on Employee development thus promoting employees to the next level does not exist. Internal promotions does not happen, they would rather employ from out side . Very stable company for beee candidates who are seeking a job and not a career.

"employee view of ABI and NAB Dbn"
Added 05 May 2015 by a current employee
As a former employee of both plants in Phoenix for ABI/ NAB I can recommend giving these companies a wide berth. We worked 12 hour shifts 7 days a week with no break for public holidays and if you did not want to work so much overtime then your access card would be blocked and you would be disciplined for not coming to work. Promotions etc. Were mainly given to managers family members especially Hindi Indians- one manager was appointed and in the same week promoted 2 relatives to team leader( one was promoted from a fork lift driver to a team leader). The same promotion/ appointment strategy is apparrent in the admin arena where unqualified family members are promoted/ appointed
