I have worked for crossroads from 2010 till 2012 and its not a good company. The HR department is not commutative and no feedback when it comes to contracts and provident funds. They are a bit racist. I wouldn't recommend crossroads at all to anyone, especially if you not part of management or if you don't have a higher position

Working for the company Crossroads has its ups and downs like any company, but having to lose faith in your employer due to lack of growth potential, career development and empty promises is not fun. They might have won the employer of the year award, but funny the people who would open their mouths were never asked to vote, only the ones who are promoted are asked to vote.
