"Poor labour practices"

Upon starting employment there, I was warned by other employees that the company typically employs people until a project has been completed and then fires them. Hoping for the best against all odds, this is exactly what happened to me and a few others. And, they fired me within my probationary period so there is nothing I could do. I would warn anyone against working for them.
