"ENS Forensics "
Added 04 Sep 2014 by a current employee
I worked at ENS Forensic for about one and half years. ENS in general is the best employer. The environment, the salary is very competitive. The reason I left was, the management style of my boss, the partner in Johannesburg, Robert. He is highly learned and experienced. His insensitive outbursts, specially treatment of employees, especially black people is just unbearable. If you can have a look at the talented investigators that were hired and left ENS Forensics tells it all. As a result of his experience, the partner chose to keep him rather, but as long as he is the partner in ENS Forensics, I am sure the company will not be able to retain experienced staff . If you follow the employees who left ENS Forensics at least 10 years back, they are in high positions where they are and some are competing with ENS Forensics. I am a strong believer of the saying "Not all bosses are leaders." He needs to beef up his people management skills.
Best companies to work for in the Legal services sector.
