I have been working for Exxaro for almost 10 years and there was no problem with it. There is also lots of opportunities in terms of development.

Exxaro Resources is a very nice company to work for. It's so unfortunate that the business unit I was operating from (Springs, JHB) had to face some production challenges and was forced to close down after exhausting all the avenues to save it, however, when working for this company one feels so important and the environment allows that. The spirit and passion the people had was so overwhelming. I really enjoyed my short stay of 3 years with the company and was looking forward to a very longer relationship until retirement.
