"City of Tshwane Municipality"
Added 05 Aug 2013 by a current employee
I started working for the City of Tshwane in March 2013 as an intern and I've only experienced good things about this organisation. They have good interaction with employees, organised culture and most of all, they always encourage hard work and recognise good performance. They always acknowledge the good work that I do, tell me to keep it up and they also encourage me that I will get far in life if I keep up my good performance. The City of Tshwane has been a great experience of the workplace for me and if all organisations treated their employees this way, the world of work would become a much better place than it is now. I honestly don't want to leave the City of Tshwane and I am praying that my contract is renewed by the end of August, because if it's not, then I don't think I will recover from the heartbreak and disappointment. I've always wanted to work for the CoT and being hired permanently would be a dream come true.

"Worst Executive"
Added 31 Jul 2013 by a current employee
The FFC has become one of the worst Commissions under the acting CEO, no value for his staff, bullying every unit manager, favouritism, arrogance and a bad listener. I curse the day I ever joined this Commission. Low staff morale.
Best companies to work for in the Research sector.
