Foundation for professional development (FPD) is a private higher education and training institution incepted in 1997. The institution has grown rapidly since its establishment; to date it boasts having trained in excess of 225 000 students in 15 countries throughout Africa. FPD’s academic programmes include; business school, school of health and science as well as the school of education. Anticipating its student needs, the institution’s training programmes are accessible, affordable, relevant and excellent. Through this adaptation, FDP has reduced some of the barriers students face for training endeavours. Furthermore, FPD manages and maintains a strict balance between the interrelated nature of teaching, research and community engagement. In line with this, in their community development initiatives people are assured that part of their hard earned money goes towards building a better Africa. Thus the institution is not only oriented in providing students with excellent training.

"Worst company to ever work for "

While working there, I discovered employees have very little rights. You have to be a family member to move up on the corporate ladder. Hard work does not pay off. Gossiping about others also gets you ahead. Very unprofessional towards their students .Will never suggest a person to work there.
Best companies to work for in the Higher education sector.
