"Heavy work load"

Every day I worked from 8am until 4pm, filled with a multitude of different responsibilities. I managed to learn a lot of administration related work, from answering the telephone to doing some data capturing. I immediately felt at home when I started there. Everyone is friendly but the work load is sometimes impossible to bear.

Not a good place to work if you're not willing to conform to the partners personal wants which change on a daily basis. Sticking to company policy and going beyond the call of duty is not enough to be happy at this company if you are not a qualified CA. Support staff are looked down on. No one is open and honest, everything is done behind your back so you never really know where you stand. It's like a high school culture and if you're not in the click then you're bullied and start questioning your own self worth. Everyone has negative things to say about everyone.
Best companies to work for in the Accounting sector.
