Headline Leisure Management (HLM) was founded in 1998 and has since become one of the most well-known businesses in the Food and Beverage industry. They are partners and equal shareholders with Fournews Developments (Pty) Ltd and The P.E.A.C.E. Foundation. And together they feed about 2000 people at any given time, at any type of event or place including conferences and restaurants, across the country. Some of their most well-known clients include Sibaya Casino, Grandwest Casino, and Windmill Casino in Bloemfontein, Carnival City, Royal Elephant Hotel & Conference Centre, Johannesburg Theatre News Cafe, Johannesburg Zoo Café Fiño, The News Café and the Illy Go! Coffee Shop at O.R. Tambo International Airport as well as the Flamingo Casino in Kimberley. In addition, HLM also offers training in a broad range of fields, including training in anything from basic service skills to supervisory development programmes.
