Home choice is a Telemarketing and customer support based company. There various other departments including finance, marketing and WFS.This is very volatile platform as there are a lot of different apps and telephone systems which are used by the organization. This include setting up and configuring soft as well as normal Avaya based phone and configuring the devices to function on the network .Giving Fist line support for Customer Support,Cusomer Services, Telemarketing and all other users including Directors, Marketing Users, Finance and Developing team but keeping in my that the most important aspect of the business is the Contact Centre I am also involved with the setup of I-Phones and Samsung cell phone as well as the house brand cell phone which is Home Choice brand. Setting up and configuring windows based pc’s,laptops,macbook and mac work-stations is a day to day occurrence in my duties as Senior Engineer. I do work Active Directory aswell.Theres much more but I think we can discuss when I come in for the interview. Responsible Quality Assurance of all Pc’s and Laptop before it gets rolled out to the users.
