I work for ICAS. It is a company that works towards the wellness of employees of the companies they have contracted, yet they do not look after their own staff members well. They have a very high rate of staff turnover, due to the stress of the job itself and some nastiness of middle managers. People phoning in thinking their calls are confidential, yet anonymous feedback is given to the company regarding the problems their employees are experiencing. This does not uphold the psycho-social professional ethics that maintains the client's confidentiality. People walk in and out of the call centre where these "confidential" calls are answered on the telephones.
