This company is one of the Best English owned companies. During days of colour, they defied the odds and made people of colour feel belonging. I was amongst the few Blacks in those years to be given a Golden Opportunity to study at an exclusive whites only college and I didn`t disappoint. Thanks again to the Atkinson Family!

I work for Ince (Pty) Ltd for a good number of years. To management thank you for always putting your staff first. I started off at Ince as a data capturer in the paper store. After a year, things did not go so well and people were retrenched, I was one of the lucky staff members that was just moved to a different department - Despatch, not long after the I was nominated as employee of the year. One thing I can say, Ince was never afraid to show their staff members how much they are worth. Each month we had an employee of the month function where staff were shown appreciation, this always motivated our staff to do better. We always had certain functions, Easter period we even had egg hunt. We had potjie kos competition per division, which was a hit. Thanks to management of Ince for helping me to build my confidence. I must admit I am sorry I ever left that company because I was wrong to think that the grass was greener on the other side.
