Established in 1990, Incredible Connection (Pty) Ltd is a subsidiary of Connection Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd and is currently the largest consumer electronics and Information Technology retailer in South Africa. They have more than 30 stores around the country and were reported to be responsible for 45% of South Africa’s Information Technology retail market. They have the widest range of national and international brands of electronics and specifically specialise in the retail of customer electronics, including cell phones, desktop computers, laptops, cameras and tablets as well as computer software including operating systems, computer and other console games, and anti-virus programmes. Their stores are also equipped with technical centres offering advice and assistance with installations, upgrades and technical repairs as well as a data recovery service and they firmly believe that their stores are where technology and humanity meet.

"Stay far, far away."

This company is one of the worst companies I have worked for. I am still currently employed at one of the branches. There's so many issues with this company, but I'm only going to list a few. They use dirty tactics such as finding other legit reasons to fire you if you attempt to start a union, general complaints or send through grievance complaints. Their disciplinary system is rigged where complainants and commissioners conspire to get whoever they need to be fired, fired. Respected Senior management members have resigned, because of the companies policies. They will pretend to try and assist, only if it's from a complaint coming from a store that is making profit. There's also a fair amount of blatant racism at various branches. Even some store managers are treated like dirt. There's a very good reason as to why this company is called Incredible Corruption by the 'My Broadband Community.' This is only my opinion and what I've experienced in the five years I've worked for this company. If you're desperate and have been offered a job, take it. If you have other choices then stay far, far away from any JD Group company. Joshua Door, Hi Fi Corporation, etc.
