From across South Africa, the Market currently serves about 5 000 farmers who send their fresh produce to be traded a large buyer buyer base. Trading starts at 5:00am until 11:00am, and is open to all people from Monday to Saturday including some holidays. The Market provides not only good jobs, but a great environment to grow.
