They are the country's number one cereal manufacturer and one of South Africa's top ten most trusted consumer brands. In 2007, Kellogg’s was named as one of 'The World's Most Ethical Companies' and in South Africa, Kellogg’s was judged to be one of the top ten most trusted brands among South Africans in the local Brand Trust Index survey, and Kellogg's South Africa receives a Guinness World Record for the world's largest bowl of cereal. The company sold more the 55-million boxes of cereal, with Corn Flakes still being their most popular brand, in 2008.

"Kellogg Marketing"

I was disappointed with their lack of leadership in the marketing department. Very inexperienced and quite political. They need a change if they are to be leaders, or even follow trends...

"Kellogg a bit slow"

Compared to other FMCG companies, they are not very innovative nor marketing led yet, but this is a very friendly and homely company.

"Flexible hours"
Added 11 Sep 2013 by a current employee
A very diverse management from different parts of the world. Co-workers have worked-hard and played-hard. Sometimes hard to balance responsibilities, but the flexible hours is a big bonus.
Best companies to work for in the Consumer goods sector.
