Very stable bank to work for. Too much influence from politics and the loan products are different to black and white south africans. Government appoints a new CEO every 5 years from an ANC background and every CEO gets a mandate. However, they are not the best that the market has to offer and due to a lack of knowledge for the post, they spend about R23 million every 5 years consulting with agents and consultants on how to manage the institution for the 5 years to come.
Best companies to work for in the Farming sector.
