"No staff support"

Employer doesn't know staff or believes in training staff in their strengths to improve their usefulness to the company. No growth available on lower levels.

"Good overall"

Very comfortable atmosphere. Management and staff are very helpful. Flying passengers around, meeting new people every day, taking care of the cockpit crew is a typical day for me. It is a nice company to work at because of the young staff that made up most of Mango Airlines.
Best companies to work for in the Airlines / Aviation sector.
