This family run business is poorly managed.They change managers and chefs every two to three months.They scout people with talent from other hotels, steal them, promising good working conditions. The father, who is the director and operations manager is hard to work with. He want the business to be run without control, using old-school strategy. Everything has to be manual. He doesn't have the expertise to run a hotel. The daughter is just a time-waster in the kitchen.
