Medscheme is the best company to work for, but management is just pathetic. They are heartless human beings that will tell a lie under oath to save their own skin. I dare anyone to challenge any of the managers to sit and log on to the call centre for a day and see if they can cope with the horrible rules and regulations they enforce on staff to do. You literally become robots with no passion for your job. Apart from that, they won't even know how to reconcile a claim. It's sad how many people have come and resigned or were kicked out for standing their ground.
