Mica Hardware is an interesting place to work at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The customers that you meet is also an excellent experience. You meet people from all different routes of life, from business owners to doctors, to the builder guys that sit on the the street just trying get the odd jobs for their survival and livelihood. The franchise owners are very people oriented as well. A very people friendly working environment- never a dull day at work and excellent team spirit.
