Company is rascist in all aspects.There are no lunch times, just management goes to lunch. Commercial Manager is very rude. More than 5 people resigned under her management and Senior Management still keep her, because she's dating the son of one of company Director. They also don't listen to complaints from their employees. Salary is bad, no benefits,only for the senior management and you also don't work as per your job description. Although overtime is compulsory,they don't give notice in advance about working. They only tell you before knocking-off time.
