An excellent company to work for. Very advance systems and policies in place for almost every aspect of operations, methods, etc. heave on research and flagless implementation strategies.

Worked in finance team. Nestle is great to work for if you're in sales, marketing or supply chain. The rest I would not recommend. People get sent out to work in factories in the middle of nowhere (plus they don't even offer to fly you home or cover travelling expenses to see you family in GP etc.) and you have to 'earn' your place to work at the head office in Bryanston.

Hi, I worked at Nestle for from Feb 2006 - Aug 2009. My career was extremely progressive and I really enjoyed my job, the people and the environment. The company is world renown for its products, stable and treats it employees in the most amazing manner! My biggest mistake in life was leaving Nestle, and I regret It ever since as I have never been happy in any other job or company. I would go back to Nestle any day and hope there would be an opportunity for me to rejoin the company. If I do manage to get re-hired, I would never leave for the rest of my life LOL..

"Nestle Company review"

Nestle needs fresh blood, many of the senior managers has been there for more than 20 years and clinging on to their positions "ruling" as they did in the 70's, 80's and 90's not open to fresh ideas and new way of doing business, if it was not for such a strong product range and high consumer demand Nestle would have been out of business years ago, I worked there and was frustrated everyday, love the company and of the new people that started there great thinking and ideas, but dampened or crushed by the old guard they need to retire and have the new generation run the business for the next 100 years
