"Disregard for Employee wellbeing"

Employees are forced to work long hours without required remuneration, there seems to be a culture of mistrust at management/CEO level towards staff , the high rate of employee turnover speaks for itself.

This company practices dishonesty. The company admits to administrative errors on the generation of IRP5's (reflecting that an employee benefited where the employee did not), but refuse point blank to make the necessary adjustments even after being issued a letter of demand. The company will make you purchase all the equipment, including software that you may never use again after leaving the company. There are no training benefits except for when you're about to leave, then you're told you were earmarked for 'upskilling'. In general, it is a dishonest company.
