If you want to experience high staff turnover then you should join the Orion Group's Hotel division. There is a lot of smoke and mirrors with perceived HR training and development, but in reality the owners are milking the units dry and do not reinvest capital to empower employees with the resources they need to deliver to the guest. First speak to a few reputable recruiters in the Hotel game before accepting an offer from this group.
