Paracon is an investment holding company that provides a range of services and solutions in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry, primarily in South Africa. They operate in two segments: Paracon Resourcing and Paracon Business Solutions. Paracon Resourcing: Provides ICT recruitment recruitment services on a contracting or permanent placement basis to various ICT users, including financial institutions, mining houses, retail, software developers and vendors, and manufacturing and commercial enterprises. Paracacon Business Solutions: Offers professional services, which include project management, graduate programmes, competence and capability assessments, consulting, and software development services; ICT infrastructure installation and support services; and project management solutions. The company’s industry leadership lies in its diversity of skills offerings and its expertise in bringing resources together to provide tailor-made ICT solutions. As of December 5, 2011, Paracon has operated as a subsidiary of Adcorp Holdings Limited.
