Established in 2004 Rapid Repairs & Renovations’ was born into the building, maintenance and renovations industry. Brett Vee the director of the company gained substantial experience dealing with renovators and contractors, large construction companies, specialising in finishing off newly built units in complexes and freehold properties alike. Thus it was clear to anyone interested in investing in the property market, that buying and renovating a property with decent tiling or other high end flooring products, and installing a few quality fixtures and accessories, could greatly increase the selling price of a property. This resulted in the establishment of Rapid Repairs & Renovations or more commonly referred to as 3R. They increase their efficacy by delivering a quick and useful maintenance services to investor buyers who need their units maintained on a regular basis, or renovate properties with the view of selling them at greater profit margin. The company is now however independent and operates solely as a renovations company, dedicated to the highest quality workmanship using high quality materials. It incorporate the newest methods and techniques. This includes implementing overseas based products and applications to get the finest finishes.
