Apart from the levels of remuneration, Regent is by far the least desirable company I have ever been employed at. I was employed at the company for more than three years, because they paid well, but the work environment was extremely degrading. I experienced a general culture of bad faith, rudeness, disrespect, malice and lack of integrity. My opinion is that Regent should be a case study of 'company culture gone wrong' and I found it interesting that such an entity could develop. If employment at Regent was my only option and I had to choose between poverty and working there again, I would choose poverty.
Best companies to work for in the Insurance sector.
