A previous subsidiary of Morvest, SAB&T was by far the worst company I've worked for. Management instills a sense of fear into employees, no growth is offered unless you are favoured by a specific Director. Many times Management used vulgar language with staff. I got out of there very quick, plus salary was one of the worst in the industry. Some senior managers don't have the qualifications for their positions. Overall, all employees work in fear due to intimidating tactics by management.
